“Great things are done by a series of small things brought together.”
Vincent Van Gogh

This quote has become that which inspires and motivates me to create art, to make the visual world a more peaceful, loving and enriching place. After receiving a BA in Art at Carroll College in Helena, Montana, I explored and produced works in various media—from painting to drawing to jewelry-making. And now I devote my time to my daily working on, and honing my skills in, mosaics. I have always approached life in awe and wonder of what surrounds us and find the piecing together of broken shards of glass and pottery to be a most challenging, rewarding, and fulfilling experience. It is my hope that others can find some of that same awe and wonder in my work.

At work in my home in Sonoma, California. 2020.
